EON Intelligence, Inc. (“EON”, “we”, “us”) builds an inference layer that sits between AI agents and the models they call. This policy explains what personal information we collect through geteon.ai and our developer services (together, the “Services”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors to geteon.ai, people who contact us or request a diagnostic, and developers and teams who use our API and related tools.

Our role depends on the data. For the website, inquiries and accounts, EON decides how and why personal information is used, so we are the “controller” (or “business”). For the content your agents send through the Services, we act only on your instructions, so we are your “processor” (or “service provider”). See “Content that passes through EON” below.

This policy does not cover the model providers, frameworks or other third-party services you connect to EON. Their own policies apply to what they receive.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal information, and we ask you not to send any to us (see “Content that passes through EON”).

Content that passes through EON

When your agent sends a request through EON, the content of that request and of the response (prompts, tool calls and results, and model outputs) passes through our systems so we can forward it to the model provider you have chosen and return the result to you.

We do not store this content. We process it only in transit and only to provide the Services to you. We do not use it to train models, to improve the Services for other customers, or for any other purpose. Our operational logs record metadata about each request (see the table above), not its content.

If you share workload data with us so we can run a diagnostic, we use it only to produce your report and do not keep it afterward.

You decide what your agents send. If that content includes personal information about other people, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to send it, and we process it on your behalf and on your instructions. If you need a data processing addendum, email privacy@geteon.ai.

How we use personal information

We use the information we collect to:

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal bases are: performing a contract with you or taking steps you request before one (providing the Services and answering inquiries); our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving the Services; your consent where the law requires it; and compliance with legal obligations.

How we share personal information

We share personal information only as described here:

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how the website is used. It sets cookies and collects the analytics data listed above. We turn on IP anonymization, and we keep advertising storage disabled, so Google Analytics is not used on our site to show ads or build advertising profiles.

We also store a small value in your browser’s local storage to recognize returning visitors in our analytics. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect your use of the Services. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information, which, as noted above, we don’t do.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact and inquiry details are kept while we have an active conversation or relationship with you and are then deleted or de-identified when they are no longer needed. Account details are kept while your account is active. Operational usage metadata is kept as long as needed to operate and secure the Services and to measure savings. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings we configure in Google Analytics. We may keep information longer where the law requires it or where it’s needed to resolve a dispute. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see “Your rights and choices”).

Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encryption in transit and, for the data we do store, encryption at rest, and access limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as the law requires.

International transfers

EON is based in the United States, and the Services are hosted there. If you use the Services from another country, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws from your country. Where the law requires a transfer mechanism, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, we rely on one.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To use these rights, email privacy@geteon.ai. We may need to verify your identity first, and we respond within the time the law requires. You won’t be treated differently for using these rights. If you want someone to act for you, we’ll ask for proof of their authority.

EEA and UK. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California and other US states. In the past twelve months we have collected identifiers (name, email, IP address and API key identifiers), internet and network activity (usage metadata and analytics), and professional information (company), for the purposes described above. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising. California, and several other US states, give residents the rights to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of sale and sharing; you can use all of them by emailing us.

Children

The Services are for businesses and developers and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think we have, email us and we’ll delete it.

The website may link to other sites, such as research papers, social profiles and our job listings. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services or the law change. We’ll post the new version here with a new “last updated” date. For significant changes we’ll also notify you, for example by email to the address on your account, before they take effect.
